For the longest time, I'd get pumped about some new habit, dive in hard for a couple weeks, and then... just fall off.

My gym membership card would collect dust, my side projects would stall, and I'd be right back where I started.

It was a continuous pattern, year in and year out: I'd get fired up to make a change, stick with it for a couple of weeks, lose motivation, and quit.

Thankfully, over the past couple years, I've figured out how to hack my psychology to actually do the things I know will make me better.

And it's not because I have insane willpower or constant motivation.
